Shipping policy
Order are shipped at customers risk. Once the package is in possession of any carrier, the customer accepts all risk of loss or damage that is not covered by said courier policies. Canadian Coyote Company accepts no responsibility of loss, injury or damage for any package once it has left our possession.
We will do our best to contact courier companies to mediate action of any lost, stolen or damaged package but we cannot guarantee any further action, refund or responsibility for anything beyond contacting such company.

Orders sent outside of Canada will be sent duty, tax, tariff etc collect. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued if you choose not to pay these charges and your items are returned to us.
